The completed booking form will be sent to us by clicking on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.

You receive a reply from us within 24 hours – should the desired hotel be fully booked, we will send you an alternative offer.

If you accept our offer, you will receive from us a booking confirmation with the reservation number – this is to be presented upon arrival at the hotel. Some hotels require a guarantee in form of your credit card details – we will always inform you about this fact if applicable.

The payment is to be done directly at the hotel unless something else is agreed. A deposit may be requested for group reservations and for holiday periods such as New Year.

The prices on the website always apply to room /including breakfast and all taxes/and may vary according to the exchange rates. In general, low season is from November till March – high season April – October, but many hotels have individual price periods.
